Sanchez joining JUCO DII World Series team, 15th Blizzard player to commit

OF Bryan Sanchez, a 2015 Fridley graduate, has committed to Southeastern Junior College, a DII JUCO that participated in the NCJAA DII World Series in 2014.

"We are very proud of Sanchez," Blizzard Coach Adam Barta said.  "As a 16 year-old, he came to every 16-year old practice and every varsity practice to get more work in.  He's a player who has a lot of character and is one of those guys who works hard when no one is watching.  He's put in the time and it has paid off."

Sanchez, a 6'1" 180lb corner outfielder has good range and arm and projects in either left or right field.  His bat has projectability with plus pop for a high school prospect.  Hit 4-hole for top Blizzard Black team, one of the team leaders and a player that projects at a DI or DII level after his time with Southeastern CC.

Sanchez is the 15th Blizzard player to commit to play college this year.
