4x / week option*
Mondays | Tuesdays | Wednesdays | Thursdays (4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm)

*Players who chose 4x/week can use Friday as a swing day meaning if you can't come on a M-Th, you can make it up on Friday

*5pm-8pm time slots are 12u-18u.  Athletes work out with same-age athletes!

*The 4pm time slot is for 15u-18u only.
