Strength Training ( Mon, Wed, Thurs) 

  • Session 1 (12u-18u) - 5:00pm
  • Session 2 (12u-18u) - 6:00pm
  • Session 3 (12u-18u) - 7:00pm

Speed & Agility (Tuesdays)

  • Session 1 (12u-14u) - 6pm
  • Session 2 (15u-18u) - 8pm

There is only one speed & agility session per age group on Tuesdays. Meaning, no matter which strength session you choose your athlete only attends their age specific speed & agility session on Tuesdays
