1. What age groups can join the program?
Our strength & conditioning program is open to baseball athletes ages 12U–18U, with multiple session times designed to fit each group’s developmental needs.
2. How often are sessions held each week?
Athletes train four days per week — three strength training sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and one dedicated speed & agility session on Tuesday.
3. What are the session times, and how do I choose the right one?
We offer multiple sessions each evening to accommodate different ages and schedules. Younger athletes (12U–14U) typically attend earlier sessions (5:00–6:00 PM), while older athletes (15U–18U) have options later in the evening (up to 8:00 PM). Session times are consistent each week.
4. Is this program only for Blizzard players?
Nope! While many Blizzard athletes participate, this program is also open to non-Blizzard players and multi-sport athletes looking to improve their strength, speed, and overall performance.
5. What kind of results should we expect?
You can expect gains in overall strength, speed, coordination, and injury resistance — the building blocks for better performance on the field. Athletes who train consistently see noticeable improvements in their explosiveness, mobility, and confidence.
6. Can my athlete do this program along with other Blizzard training (like Elite Pitching or Elite Hitting)?
Yes, absolutely! We've intentionally designed the session schedule to allow athletes to stack multiple Blizzard programs—including Elite Pitching and Elite Hitting—without conflict. If your athlete is enrolled in Elite Pitching, we highly recommend scheduling strength training after their pitching session to support proper recovery and performance. Our coaching staff can help guide your athlete’s weekly plan to make sure they’re training smart, staying healthy, and getting the most out of each session.
