"Coach G and Coach Farmer set the tone for our family from the beginning when joining Blizzard.  Our son joined the team and those coaches along with the players/parents made him feel welcome from day 1.  They always knew what to say to the boys and never came down on them in a negative way.  The coaches communicated with the boys at a high level and never talked down on them.  When I watched the coaches interact with the players it is the exact experience I always hoped Gavin would have as it reminded me of how much I missed the game as a player.  The team camaraderie is what I miss most about the game and what those coaches share with the boys is what they will remember years from now."  ~Mike Iverson~
