The Blizzard Baseball Academy is proud to announce their ELITE PITCHING CAMP from some of the top pitching instructors in Minnesota.  Our Blizzard Elite Pitching Program will allow you to integrate recovery, velocity building, and pitching mechanics in a way that hasn’t been done before at the Academy. 

This program has been created to mold and enhance pitchers for the upcoming high school season and college.

The primary goals:
1) Top-Tier pitching instruction which includes EFFICIENCY.  Efficiency = a repeatable delivery while remaining healthy to be able to throw with max velocity and throw effective off-speed pitches while maintaining command and control.
2) Emphasis on core body strength and pre and post game arm care.

This results-driven program will allow players to gain knowledge from some of the top college and professional athletes to ever pitch in Minnesota and will cover all aspects of pitching including:

• Dynamic Warm-Ups
• Personalized Throwing Plan
• Connection Ball / Arm Action Work
• Lower-Half Work
• Workout Circuits
• Arm/Shoulder Care
• Velocity Tracking
• Recovery Circuit

Elite Pitching Binder with Pitching Course Information Including:

-Pitching Mechanics Breakdown
-Workout Routines
-Pitching Charts
-You will also receive handouts throughout the course of the camp on weekly drills and mechanical breakdowns.

*Parents are more than welcome to listen, record, take notes and ask questions during all of the sessions.

*Players should wear shorts or baseball pants (no spikes).
