Upcoming Blizzard Academy programs
MONTHLY GROUP HITTING AND FIELDING
Group hitting and fielding lessons will focus around the main points of the swing: stance, separation & balance (load), bat path, and finish. We will also include approach and the mental aspect of hitting. Balance, hand-eye coordination, quick hands, using lower half, drill work and batting practice will be our focus into every lesson.
After 45 minutes of work, players will then move onto their defensive portion of the training session with focus on pre-pitch set up, footwork, hand work, hand-eye coordination and drill work.
The group training is open to players age ranging from 10u-18u. Players will be grouped age appropriately. Coach to player ratio is 1:6
