Our performance program engages young athletes – primarily baseball and softball players – in achieving maximum peak performance through results-driven performance plans, aggressive goals and old-school hard work. Strength, athleticism, flexibility, mobility, arm strength and arm care all ‘power up’ through our performance program in Vadnais Heights.

2 | Monthly Group Training at the Blizzard Academy

Monthly Group Training are sessions that meet 4x/month on the same day and sames times every week. There are 1:4 coach to player ratio. The training sessions are great for players who need a flexible month to month schedule.

3 | Texas Baseball Ranch 3-Day Boot Camp

February 3rd - 5th, 2023

The Minnesota Blizzard Elite program is proud to announce Year 8 of a special Blizzard Academy partnership with Ron Wolforth’s Texas Baseball Ranch.

Wolforth and his staff will be at the Blizzard Baseball Academy to run a 3-day (15 hours) camp that will include throwing mechanics, arm care, arm strength, velocity, mechanical efficiency and analysis. This camp will be limited to 40 players. Coaches Clinic will be held on Thursday, February 2nd at the Academy.
