Minnesota Blizzard Baseball

The Blizzard Baseball Academy is proud to announce their ELITE PITCHING lessons from some of the top pitching instructors in Minnesota. The 2016-2017 ELITE PITCHING PROGRAM is a ten-week, Texas Baseball Ranch inspired program.  Sessions will be held on Sundays at the Blizzard Baseball Academy for players currently in high school.  There will also be designated open times at the academy for program members to continue working on their own throughout the week.

The Elite Pitching Program will surround the Ron Wolforth Camp (not included) at the beginning of February.  Many of the recovery and throwing drills done on the open days come from our time spent at Wolforth’s Elite Pitching Coaches Bootcamp. This program has been created to mold and enhance pitchers for the upcoming high school season and college.

The primary goals are twofold:
1) Top-Tier pitching instruction
2) Emphasis on core body strength and pre and post game arm care.

Program Dates: Sundays 12n-3pm
December: 11, 18, 28
January: 2, 8, 22, 29
February: 12, 26
March: 5, 12

The Sunday sessions will include:
Dynamic Warm-up, throwing drills, video breakdown, bullpens, and much more.  There will also be time devoted to proper arm care and recovery and/or workouts with Tier 1.
