Adam Ahlgren brings a teacher’s mindset, a pitcher’s focus, and a deep commitment to development to the Minnesota Blizzard Baseball Academy. A Blizzard alum and current geography teacher, Adam blends classroom structure with on-field passion — helping players understand both the game and themselves.

Adam has been coaching baseball for four years, all with Blizzard. His philosophy is rooted in discipline, trust, and positivity. “My philosophy is to build strong relationships with players and help them learn and grow through encouragement and accountability,” he says.

A former pitcher from Stillwater, MN, Adam played in the Blizzard program for three years and graduated from Stillwater High School. He’s also coached with Memorial and Stillwater baseball programs, bringing a solid foundation in youth development and communication.

Off the field, Adam enjoys golfing, watching sports, hanging with friends, and spending time with his dog. His ability to connect as both a coach and educator makes him a respected and approachable presence in the Blizzard family.
