Brady Pitts is a proud Blizzard alum turned coach, bringing a strong sense of pride, energy, and experience to the Minnesota Blizzard Baseball Academy. A former pitcher and catcher, Brady played at Bethel University during his freshman and sophomore years and currently suits up for the Loretto Larks in townball. He’s set to graduate from Bethel in May 2025 with a degree in Business and Marketing.

Brady has been coaching baseball for four years and is entering his third season on the Blizzard staff. As primarily a youth Blizzard coach, he keeps things simple and impactful: “Have fun, work hard, get better every day.” His athletes learn how to push themselves while still enjoying the game they love.

Raised in Orono, MN, and a graduate of Orono High School’s class of 2021, Brady spent three years in the Blizzard program as a player. That connection fuels his passion for giving back. “I remember being a player in the program and how much the coaches meant to me,” he says — a perspective that shapes how he leads now.

Off the field, Brady’s passions include hunting, fishing (especially for massive halibut), and spending time outdoors. With his steady leadership, approachable style, and firsthand Blizzard experience, Brady is a coach young players and parents truly connect with.
